"The 2023 Riesling Forster Kirchenstück was fermented in stainless steel only. Gentle smoke is all the shy nose is willing to show. The palate comes with a touch of passion fruit and the immense, mouth-watering juiciness of yellow nectarines. Citrus spice tingles beautifully and teasingly around the edges. The palate is smooth and ripe but beautifully fresh and ripe, wonderfully captured and aromatic. This is a wine with absolute balance and serenity. It's deliciously citric." -Anne Krebiehl MW
