One of their specialties is Pallagrello Bianco, a once-prized variety of the Bourbon royal court in the 18th century, nearly lost until its recent revival. Verginiano is Il Verro’s pure Pallagrello Bianco, crafted to showcase this ancient grape’s freshness and character.
