Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey’s Rosé of Pinot Noir 2024 is sourced from high-altitude, old-vine sites near Saint-Aubin, notably the lieu-dit En Vignes Baudet. Fruit is direct-pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then aged in older barrels for textural finesse.
Unfined and unfiltered, the wine is precise and layered, showing wild strawberry, cherry skin, and floral spice over a mineral backbone. A structured, Burgundian rosé with quiet depth and lift.
