Raphaëlle Guyot returned to her native Puisaye-Forterre in Burgundy's Yonne after studying winemaking in Beaune and working with Thibault Liger-Belair, Grange Tiphaine, and Vincent Pinard. She established her estate in 2018 with 1.5 hectares, farming biodynamically. The 2024 Cuvée Unique blends Les Hâtes and Les Robinettes parcels due to low yields—partial whole cluster, 10-day maceration with native yeast, 10 months in oak. This was a pre-phylloxera wine region between Sancerre and Chablis, now being revived. Natural Burgundy from a new generation.

More about Raphaelle Guyot

One of France's most exciting young winemakers, returned to her native Yonne in her late 20s to establish her domaine between Burgundy and Sancerre. She inherited overgrown parcels and painstakingly brought them back to life. Her Pinot Noirs have real soul—intrepid winemaking.
