Roussillon's hard work paying off in pink, and a stunning value besides. Marjorie Gallet's Le Roc des Anges farms ancient vineyards in the Agly Valley, between chalk-white limestone peaks and the Mediterranean, in a region she helped reposition as one of southern France's most exciting. This Effet Papillon Rosé comes from Grenache grown on weathered schist, those stony soils giving the wine a mineral cut that lifts it above typical pink. The 2025 is dry, fresh, and made for summer. One of the best southern French steals around.
