Bernard Millot's son Emilien took over the Meursault domaine at age 22 and is the rare young winemaker described as both uber-talented and super-passionate. His eight hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté in Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault are farmed to show terroir and vintage, not winemaker ego. Fantastic white Burgundy at retro prices—this is the best discovery.
