Athanasiou Winery, based in Nemea on the Peloponnese, works organically with both local and Greek island grapes. This Assyrtiko comes from hillside vineyards influenced by coastal breezes, preserving the variety’s natural acidity and structure. Fermented in stainless steel, it offers a clean, mineral-driven profile.
As a mainland expression of a grape best known from Santorini, it shows freshness and lift with a touch more softness. A flexible partner for seafood, salads, or lightly grilled vegetables.
