Founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Bodegas Barbadillo is a leading name in Andalusian wine. Barbadillo Blanco is 100% Palomino, sourced from coastal-influenced vineyards in Cádiz. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the wine bright and fresh.

Barbadillo traces its roots to 1821, when Benigno Barbadillo, who had made his fortune in Mexico, bought his first bodega in Sanlúcar de Barrameda with his cousin. Six years later the house released Pastora, said to be the world's first bottled manzanilla. Two centuries on, celebrated in 2021, it remains a Sanlúcar institution, and Solear is the classic: briny, bone-dry, endlessly refreshing manzanilla to drink cold with anything salty.
