Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana, founded in the 18th century in Sanlúcar, is best known for its Manzanilla. “Napoleon” Amontillado begins as Manzanilla, then ages oxidatively for more than 10 years in solera.
Made from 100% Palomino Fino on albariza soils, it's dry, medium-bodied, and saline. A classic Amontillado—nutty, smooth, and layered, with subtle oxidative depth.
