The famed Sauternes estate Suduiraut also makes a serious dry white, and this is it. Lions de Suduiraut Blanc Sec blends Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, raised partly in barrel and partly in tank for a wine that's round but fresh. Expect citrus, pear and a touch of roasted hazelnut, with a saline mineral lift on the finish. Modern, pretty and ready to drink, it's an easy way to get a taste of Sauternes pedigree in a bone-dry package.

White peach and pear, super cool and clear, a light touch of acidity with a hint of citrus but this is more on stone fruit and mineral freshness. Not so plump really but balanced nonetheless and super easy to drink. Ends clean. Bottled in February 2025. Represents 75% of the production of dry wines. 3.15pH."
