Christophe Mignon’s Blanc de Noir ADN de Meunier Brut Nature is 100% Pinot Meunier sourced from biodynamic parcels in Festigny and Le Breuil, planted on clay‑limestone soils in the Vallée de la Marne. The estate follows lunar rhythms through vineyard and cellar practices, with native yeast fermentation in steel.

Blended from 2020 and 2021 harvests, the wine is aged around four years on its lees and disgorged with zero dosage. Its Brut Nature profile showcases pure structure and saline minerality—this is Mignon’s signature unadorned expression of Meunier-driven terroir.

Champagne

Champagne boasts some of the world’s greatest luxury brands with Krug, Cristal and, of course, Dom Perignon. But it’s also home to hundreds of small dynamic producers—farmers who grow their own grapes (often organically) and make (often with natural methods) tiny amounts of pure and absolutely delicious wine that reflect the individual personalities of their villages and terroirs. Toast with these wines, for sure. But also treat them like the great wines they are: taste, drink, explore!
