When three brothers inherit their family's Bardolino vineyard after their father's passing, they choose to double down on natural winemaking—indigenous yeasts, unfiltered production, and letting Lake Garda's glacially-carved terroir tell the story. This is Bardolino as a living thing: light and fresh, built on red berries and white pepper, with rose hip that keeps it honest rather than showy. The lake's cooling influence and diverse morainic soils mean every bottle reflects place more than winemaker ego. Serve slightly cool for genuine refreshment.

More about Corte Gardoni

The Piccoli family has been farming near Lake Garda since 1971, and they've always been growers first, vintners second. Gianni Piccoli broke ties with the cooperatives in 1980 and started bottling his own wine. Now his three sons—Mattia in the cellar, Stefano in the vineyard, Andrea on commercialization—run it with the same quiet confidence that comes from knowing your land forever. These are honest Veneto wines from people who understand terroir at the core.
