Domaine Alain Cailbourdin has been a benchmark producer in Pouilly-Fumé since the 1980s, farming Sauvignon Blanc from prime limestone and flint-rich terroirs on the right bank of the Loire. Les Cris is a single-vineyard bottling from limestone soils, expressing the purity and minerality that define classic Pouilly-Fumé.
