Maranges is the southernmost village in the Côte de Beaune. Domaine de Cassiopée farms organically and keeps things low-intervention, so this 2021 Les Plantes is all about purity and place.

Hugo and Talloulah took over a five-hectare domaine in Sampigny-lès-Maranges in 2020 and immediately began proving that the cool south Côte de Beaune produces bright, structured wines the bigger villages overlook. These are wines for people who like to think while they drink—elegant, not soft.
