Chapitre's delightful Sauvignon Blanc has a been a staple at the shop for the last couple of years, and one sip will let you know why. It's not as austere as Sancerre can be, but the core of minerality running through the wine deftly balances a mix of tropical, citrus, and orchard fruit. A juicy, herbal, and complex wine with notes of lime leaf, passion fruit, and lemon zest. It's farmed organically, to boot!
