A tiny 0.4-hectare parcel bottled on its own — that's the kind of single-plot obsession that makes Édouard and Eleni Vocoret one of Chablis's most talked-about young estates. 'Les Pargues' is a village-level lieu-dit sited next to Les Forêts, one of the most southerly plots in the appellation, farmed the same low-intervention way as everything here: wild yeasts, no new oak, long lees aging, barely any sulfur. The result is the house signature in miniature — ultra-fresh yet deeply textured, with lemon skin, gunflint, and crushed rock all folded together. In the small, difficult 2024 vintage, every bottle counts. This is honest, mineral-drenched Chablis that overdelivers for a village wine.
