"Cool and restrained aromas are composed by notes essence of pear, white flower, ocean spray and a more subtle dollop of mineral reduction. The succulent and concentrated flavors also possess evident power and intensity, both of which carry over to the sneaky long, balanced and moderately dry finale. More about Eleni et Edouard Vocoret

Édouard and Eleni met during the 2010 harvest in New Zealand and returned to Chablis in 2013 to establish their project. Hand-harvested, native yeasts, aged on fine lees in stainless and seasoned barrels—no new oak. In 2023, Édouard inherited five hectares more, including Grands Crus Blanchots, Valmur, and Les Clos. New-wave Chablis done right by a team trained under Vincent Dauvissat.
