Les Pargues is one of those Chablis lieux-dits that insiders quietly hoard—tucked between Montmains and Vaillons, it has the same chalky soils and sun exposure as its 1er Cru neighbors, just without the label markup. And in the hands of Moreau-Naudet, it absolutely sings.
