Ancient vines, meticulous selection, incredibly clean and precise winemaking, long maturation in the cellar, and declassification - all with no expense spared. These are the hallmarks of Domaine Perrot-Minot. Christophe Perrot-Minot puts lots of Premier Cru juice into his village level cuvees, labels 100% Morey Saint Denis as Bourgogne Rouge and in general makes intensely flavored and rich red burgundies with exquisite balance.

Years ago Perrot-Minot was criticized for making overripe wines with too much oak. This is no longer the case. Toda the wines are rich but also very pure and transparent. The tannins are ripe, fine, supple and well integrated.
