Domaine Duroché has quietly become one of the most exciting names in Gevrey-Chambertin, crafting wines that emphasize finesse and transparency over sheer power. Sourced from old vines across several village-level parcels, their 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin is a beautifully detailed expression of the appellation. A warm yet balanced vintage, 2022 yielded wines with bright, pure fruit and supple tannins, making this especially compelling even in its youth.

Wild raspberry, red cherry, and rose petal lift from the glass, underpinned by subtle spice and a whisper of earth. The palate is refined yet energetic, with silky tannins and a mineral core that speaks to the domaine’s delicate touch in the cellar. While this will evolve gracefully over the next decade, its vibrancy and balance make it hard to resist now—especially alongside roast duck, mushroom dishes, or a simple evening of Burgundy appreciation.

Burgundy has long been the world's most famous wine region. But, underneath all the prestige, this region can be hard to get to know.

While Burgundy offers many great trophies from top producers in well-known villages like Vosne Romanee and Puligny Montrachet, it also offers excellent values to anyone willing to explore beyond the famous names. Our collection– one of the largest in the U.S. – has plenty of both!

From the very basics of Burgundy's regions and wines to the specific terroirs of individual single vineyards--
everything you need to know about Bourgogne is just a click away!
