This Premier Cru from a fourth-generation family producer in Écueil captures one of Champagne's earliest harvests on record, delivering gloriously ripe Pinot Noir alongside Chardonnay. The magic happens in the cellar: fermented across oak barrels and stoneware amphorae, with the domaine now converting to organic viticulture. Expect richness without heaviness, complexity without pretension.
