Growers since 1750 in the village of Cuisles, Famille Mousse is now run by fourth-generation Cédric Moussé, who's overhauled the operation with biodynamics and a focus on reducing their carbon footprint. Their champagnes, built on that distinctive green clay terroir, are proof that heritage and environmental responsibility can walk hand in hand.
