Fleur de Pédesclaux is the second wine of the Fifith Growth Château Pédesclaux, offering a refined Pauillac expression. The 2019 vintage blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a touch of Petit Verdot from gravelly Médoc soils, showcasing classic Pauillac structure and freshness.

Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel with traditional élevage in French oak, this wine reveals layers of dark fruit, precise tannins, and lingering minerality—a youthful, terroir‑focused Pauillac with cellaring potential.

"The 2019 Fleur de Pédesclaux, matured in 30% new oak, has been increasing its Cabernet Sauvignon since 2009, when it was pure Merlot (and also undergoing organic conversion since 2013). Raspberry, blackberry, cedar and light tobacco scents unfurl in the glass. The palate is still quite fleshy and rounded, and lightly spiced, retaining that hint of Chinese five-spice toward the tender finish. A lovely second wine." —Neal Martin
