Sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, this Extra Brut cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with just enough richness to balance its racy energy.

In the glass, it’s all lemon zest, baked apple, crushed chalk, and a hint of hazelnut, with fine bubbles and a bone-dry finish that feels super clean but never sharp. There’s a little toast from extended lees aging, but the overall vibe is fresh, focused, and quietly complex.
