If you are forced to choose only one wine from this offer, make it this one. While the top wines are worth the splurge, Terra di Lamole is a tremendous value, showcasing the heart of the estate. Harvested from old vines, in the second pass through her vineyard at 450–550m vineyard, after the Riserva.  High elevation delivers fresh, tart cranberry plus crunchy strawberry and cherry fruit, backed by deep base notes of chocolate, mushroom, and dusty limestone minerality. It's more concentrated, with a succulent density and slicker tannins than the entry-level wine.

Made from 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, 50% is in used French oak and tonneaux and 50% in concrete for a year.

I Fabbri's Susanna Grassi came back to her family winery because of her love for the land, and she's put everything she has into making her wines clear expressions of her terroirs. The farming and the winemaking of course, but even the bottlings focus on the terroir: the lower altitude vineyards (which give more substantial, more structured wines) are bottled on their own; the highest altitude vines (which make the light, pure Chianti Classico of your spaghetti and meatball dreams) are bottled in her "Lamole" wine.
