From an experimental bush-vine vineyard planted to a wild blend: Pinot Bianco, Savagnin, Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Carricante. It's fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in second-use French oak tonneaux for about six months before bottling.
