Fifty-five-year-old vines deliver pure, mineral-driven Chardonnay—white flowers and lemon up front, with dried stone fruit and peach rounding out a frame that sings with salinity. The winemaking is purposefully split: 70% stainless steel for clarity, 30% barrel for texture, all driven by indigenous yeasts that Chaland trusts to tell the story.
