"The 2023 Chablis Village has a light apple peel- and grass-tinged nose. It just needs a little more vigor. The palate is fresh on the entry with citrus peel and orange rind, though this needs to demonstrate more mineralité on the finish. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis." —Neal Martin
