Single-vineyard Barbaresco from the Montefico cru, one of the commune's most celebrated sites. La Ca'Nova is a small family estate that sold grapes to Angelo Gaja before bottling their own wines in the 1970s. The Rocca brothers take a strictly hands-off approach: native yeasts, no temperature control, the traditional submerged-cap technique, and aging in large neutral Austrian oak. Bric Mentina delivers the elegant, mineral-driven side of Barbaresco: refined tannins, transparency, and lift.
