This is the rosé Pet-Nat we keep coming back to. Lapo Berti spent two decades working harvests around the world (starting with Selvapiana in his native Tuscany) before settling in La Morra in 2012 to start his own project, leasing cru Nebbiolo parcels in the heart of the Barolo zone. The Vino Frizzante Rosato is 100% Nebbiolo, organically farmed, fermented with native yeasts in old oak, unfined and unfiltered, with less than 10 mg/L sulfur. The result is a serious, savory pink pétillant with the lift of Nebbiolo's rose and red-cherry aromatics, the texture of a real wine, and the easy joy of bubbles. Versatile on the table, hard to put down on its own.
