David Duband's négociant project, launched in 2018 and named after his twins, draws fruit from young Pinot Noir vines on clay-limestone soils in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Whole-cluster fermentation (60%) and minimal oak (50/50 tank and foudre aging) preserve pure varietal character. This is Duband's hallmark approach: bright energy, peppery minerality, and natural transparency at a measured price point.
