Cool-climate Syrah from Willamette Valley's Eola-Amity Hills. Symbion Vineyard was planted over 20 years ago by Steve Doerner, founding winemaker of Cristom Vineyards—one of Oregon's early believers in Syrah. Liska Wine Company was founded in 2021 by Chris Butler and Draga Zheleva, named after their German Shepherd. They focus on varietal diversity across Willamette Valley, sourcing from exceptional sites like this one. Oregon Syrah at its most refined: bright, lifted, nothing like warm-climate versions.
