Olivier Jullien is a Languedoc legend — one of the region's most respected winemakers for over three decades, making wines at Mas Jullien that consistently transcend the appellation's value-driven reputation. His rosé is a seasonal release, made with the same commitment to terroir and natural winemaking that defines his reds. The 2024 is built primarily from Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvèdre, with a bit of Tibouren, from old vines in the Terrasses du Larzac foothills, where limestone, heat, and altitude produce something more serious than most Provence rosé at any price. This is a thinking person's rosé: dry, complex, and built for food.
