This is Pinot Noir grown on the same Kimmeridgian limestone marl that runs beneath Chablis and Sancerre, and it shows: bright, mineral, and impossibly drinkable. Now in the hands of fourth-generation Paul-Henry Pellé, the estate farms organically around the village of Morogues.
