Youthful and vibrant with a deep golden hue, sourced from deep golden berries from the younger vines of the Schilfsandstein site.
We continue with the gold theme: golden crackers, brioche toast with butter, barely-there golden peach, orange oil, clove, red pepper, pear, and stony minerality. There is still a whiff of noble reduction and some prickle on the tongue, but it's ready to pop and pour. Perfect for a non-oaky Chardonnay lover to dip their toe into the Silvaner pool—more concentration and density, but little fruit to speak of.
