Wine has been made at Peyrassol for 800 years, and the estate remains a benchmark for serious Provence rose. Le Clos is one of its top cuvees, a step up in refinement and structure from the everyday bottlings. The 2025 is pale, pretty, and precise, with wild strawberry, citrus, fresh herbs, and a saline, mineral lift. Dry, elegant, and built for the table as much as the poolside. Drink it young and cold while it's at its vibrant best.

More about Peyrassol

Perfect Provence rosé from an 800-year legacy. The Commanderie de Peyrassol was founded by Knights Templar and has been making wine ever since. Today they craft a pale, dry, delightfully fresh rosé (55% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 10% Syrah, plus minorities of others) that tastes like a sea breeze and limestone. Eight centuries of practice and it still knows what it's doing.
