Poderi Sanguineto I e II's white IGT Toscana is made from organically farmed old vines of Tuscan Malvasia, white Malvasia, Trebbiano, Biancame, and white Grechetto. Dora Forsoni's philosophy embraces natural winemaking: no clarifications, no filtrations—just fresh, honest expression of Tuscan white grapes. Floral and fresh, with the texture and character of wines made without intervention. A pristine aperitif for any table.

Flatiron's Take

From the Importer

What Bowler Wine has to say about this wine:

Malvasia Verde/Malvasia Bianco/Biancame/Trebbiano/Grechetto. Organically farmed, hand-harvested estate fruit. The grapes are destemmed and macerated overnight, gently pressed and and co-fermented with native yeasts in glass-lined cement tanks. The wine is aged in steel and then bottled in May after the vintage. Historically, vignaiola Dora Forsoni's father blended the whites into the Vino Nobile to soften the red; after taking over years ago, Dora opted to bottle the white separately and the Vino Nobile as a pure red.
