"The 2015 Pinot Noir Dierke is powerful, tannic and structured, all of which suggest it will need a few years to be at its best. Then again, the 2015 was also bottled a week before this tasting. Even so, the wine's energy and tannic clout are formidable. Bright red stone fruit, floral and mineral notes shape the tense, driving finish. There is plenty to look forward to." -Antonio Galloni
