Schramsberg has been coaxing serious bubbles out of Napa since the Davies family revived the historic Diamond Mountain estate in the 1960s, and Mirabelle is where all that hard-won craft goes casual. This is a traditional-method sparkling rose, second fermentation in the bottle and roughly two years on the lees, blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in cool corners of California's North Coast. It's a multi-vintage cuvee built for reliability rather than occasion, which is precisely why it belongs in your fridge year-round. A pale coral pour with real backbone underneath the easy charm.
