Natural Beaujolais from a young producer influenced by the legendary Jules Chauvet. Thibault Ducroux established his own label in 2004 after apprenticing under organic viticulturist Julien Sunier. Everything is hand-harvested, fermented with carbonic maceration and indigenous yeasts, then bottled without fining or filtering—minimal sulfur only if necessary. Pure Gamay expression from old vines in Morgon, crunchy and vibrant. The kind of natural wine that converts skeptics.

Antonio Galloni

"The 2023 Morgon is actually more appealing than the Corcelette with open, brambly red berry fruit, iodine and light violet aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly finer tannins than the Corcelette. It becomes quite linear and saline towards the finish but with more weight and grip. Give this a year in bottle." —Neal Martin

More about Thibault Ducroux

Thibault traded cycling for winemaking—well, mostly. He still cycles the Beaujolais slopes while making some of the region's most exciting natural wine. Organic, traditional whole-bunch fermentation, indigenous yeasts—wines that taste like genuine discovery.
