Silky and elegant, Cederman ages exceptionally gracefully––but that doesn't mean we'll judge you for popping it now. The fruit comes from sites on Howell Mountain ranging from 2,250’ to 2,600' feet in elevation. You'll feel it in the acidity, which makes the wine incredibly crisp and fresh.
