Barbichette is a small natural-wine outfit on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes, run by Louisiane Remy and Cesar Vega, who farm organically and work as low-intervention as it gets: no added sulfites, no commercial yeast, no filtration. Oui Non Rouge is their fresh, gluggable red, made in the same honest, hands-off spirit as the rest of the lineup. This is the bottle for the night you're not overthinking it.
