Burgundian precision meets Jura terroir in this exceptional Chardonnay. Domaine Rolet, founded in 1942 and now the Jura's second-largest estate at 62 hectares, was acquired in 2018 by the Devillard family of Burgundy—bringing their exacting standards to this frontier region. This bottling from the "En Chagnon" lieu-dit in Montigny-les-Arsures grows on complex soils of blue marl, limestone, and clay. The result is a wine with Burgundian structure and distinctly Jurassien minerality.
