Regional Burgundy from the collaboration between pioneering winemaker Pascal Marchand and Canadian financier Moray Tawse, established in 2011. Marchand took the reins at Clos des Epeneaux in Pommard at just 22 in 1985 and became an early champion of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy. All fruit comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The operation sources from approximately 68 different appellations, purchasing Domaine Maume in Gevrey-Chambertin in 2012.

More about Marchand-Tawse

Pascal Marchand, a pioneering organic/biodynamic Burgundian, partnered with Canada's Moray Tawse in 2011 to form this négociant-domaine. They hand-pick fruit from biodynamic vineyards and now farm parcels in 20+ appellations. The 2012 purchase of Domaine Maume in Gevrey-Chambertin strengthened their foundation. Biodynamic Burgundy, seriously pursued.
