The Rose Frizant is the estate's off-duty bottle: a sparkling rose made by sealing the wine in a pressurized tank before fermentation finishes, so the bubbles are simply the CO2 the wine made on its own. No added sugar, no added yeast, no imitation of Champagne or Prosecco. All charm, no pretense, and still unmistakably Gassac.
