Via Larghe is Massimo Coletti's gently sparkling frizzante, made in the old Col Fondo way: bottled with its native yeasts to finish fermenting and left undisgorged, so it pours lightly cloudy and tastes of something real. Coletti farms his old vines organically and only began bottling under his own name in 2020, and this is the pour you keep on hand, the aperitivo bottle that runs circles around commercial Prosecco. Bright, floral and dry, with more mineral drive and character than the price of admission usually buys. Chill it down and pop it whenever the mood strikes.
