Nathan Kendall, the winemaker behind Nathan K, is one of the leading voices in low-intervention, terroir-driven winemaking in the Finger Lakes. His 2022 Chardonnay, sourced from cool-climate vineyards along the region’s glacial lakes, is a study in balance—fermented with native yeasts, aged in neutral oak, and crafted with a light touch to highlight purity and freshness.
