From the 1400-foot, iron-red Lyman Ranch site in Amador county, this Chenin is one of our favorite Californian expressions of the grape. Vinified in stainless steel, new Austrian oak and neutral French oak, it's mineral-rich and stony with patterned flecks of sunshine.
