Redemption Straight Bourbon High Rye is crafted to showcase what happens when you dial up the rye in a traditional bourbon mash bill—this one’s 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. That extra rye brings a sharper, spicier profile than your average bourbon, giving it a distinctive personality and serious mixability.

Flavor-wise, expect vanilla, caramel, and sweet grain up front, followed by bold notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and clove. It’s got a dry finish with just the right amount of oak and heat to keep things interesting, especially at its approachable proof (usually around 92).
