Saint-Estèphe has always been Bordeaux's brooding north star — the Left Bank appellation where Cabernet Sauvignon takes on clay-heavy soils and produces wines of unusual depth and age-worthiness. Château Saint Corbian delivers all of that in a kosher format, making it one of the few serious kosher Bordeaux with genuine appellation character behind it. The 2022 vintage was exceptional across the Médoc, and Saint-Estèphe's naturally cool clay terroir was particularly well-suited to the warm, dry year. A wine built for the holiday table and the cellar alike.
